I would like to plant a privacy/noise reduction screen. Is there a fast-growing, evergreen hedge that will get to up to 20 ft. tall? I live in zone 7.

Buxus sempervirens or common boxwood will reach 15-20 feet with equal width. Cupressocyaris leylandii is an hybrid that very fast 15-20 feet in 5 years, eventually reaching 60 feet. Takes full sun and needs regular water. There are different Euonymus or Juniper varieties that might work for you. Check with a local nursery to see what they carry. Japanese Yew (Taxus cuspidata) can reach 15-20 feet.
