I want to order asparagus crowns and strawberry plants for this spring. Will Burpee hold an order until after the last frost for my zone? Or should I wait to order the plants until I am ready to put them in the ground? I don't want to run the risk of the items being sold out.
Thanks

Most mail order companies ship plants at the correct time for planting in your area. Both of the plants you mentioned are usually planted in very early spring. You may wish to contact Burpee directly to verify their shipping schedule and availability of the plants. Their toll free number is 800-888-1447.
