Can seeds purchased from your cataloq be used 1 or 2 years later?

In most cases, yes, they can. The germination rate decreases with age, so older seed will not germinate as well as fresh seed. Also, seed that has been stored incorrectly (for example, been allowed to get wet or become overheated in some way) will have decreased viability.
