Ihave a hibiscus which I got in last October. It gave flowers for one month. Now it is not giving any flower although flower buds are coming but all are falling off. I have planted the plant in a shady area and am using rain water for watering. What should I do?

Almost surely the hibiscus you have is tropical and prefers high humidity, so misting the leaves will help increase moisture around the plant and encourage the flower buds to open. You might try using fertilizer low in nitrogen, providing bright light with some direct sun, and keeping the soil evenly moist. Finally, do not prune back branch tips, since this can remove flower buds.
Hope this helps.
