I am looking for seeds or cuttings for edible passion fruit vines. My wife is from Sydney and they grew wild in her back yard. I would like to surprise her and plants some vines -- hope you can help!

Passion fruit, genus Passiflora, is the same genus as passion flowers; some varieties produce better fruit than others.

May apple, botanical name Passiflora incarnata, produces edible, egg-shaped, fleshy fruits. The plant is available from Carroll Gardens (Westminster, MD), ph# 1-800-638-6334 and Edible Landscaping (Afton, VA), ph# 1-800-524-4156. Seed is available from Thompson and Morgan, ph# 1-800-274-7333. Thomson & Morgan sells lots of other varieties of passion flower/passion fruit.
