Have you any information about gilia? Could they grow wild in North Dakota? Pictures?

There are a number of types of gilia that grow wild, primarily in the western part of the country, but it is possible to grow them as annuals elsewhere, too.

Here is a picture of the blue thimble-flower, gilia capitata:
