MY BURPEE MORNING GLORY SEEDS SPROUTED BEAUTIFULLY! BUT THEY ARE GROWING SO WELL IN MY APARTMENT THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SLOW THEM DOWN. IT WILL BE ABOUT 30 DAYS BEFORE ALL DANGER OF FROST IS PAST AND I CAN PUT THEM OUTSIDE. ANY SUGGESTION WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to hold morning glory seedlings for any length of time at all. They grow very fast and need something to climb on as well as very bright light. For that reason the seeds are usually started after frost directly in the garden where the plants are to grow.
