can hyacinth bulbs which have been forced in poys be successfully planted outside after they bloom indoors

Yes, it is worth a try to plant them outdoors. Keep the foliage growing in bright light until the soil is workable and the temperatures have moderated a bit. Acclimate the plant gradually over about a week to the outdoor temperatures and sunlight, then plant it. It may take a year to settle in and bloom, but often they do well enough in the garden.
