What is the best method for starting snap peas indoors before transplanting. I have tried dampening them and placing them in a plastic bag. However, a black fungus growth appears and the seeds become sticky and adhere to one another. |
Usually, snap peas are simply planted in the garden where they are to grow. This is because they are difficult to transplant. If you want to give the seeds a bit of a head start, you can soak them in a dish of plain water overnight right before planting. Then use an inoculant at planting time. |
