Violas usually dry quite well using either a flower press (available in craft stores and some gardening suppliers) or using heavy books to press them flat. Arrange the fresh, stemless flowers neatly between two sheets of paper, and press. Check after several weeks to see if they are dry enough. If not, repeat. Protect them from direct sunlight to preserve their natural color longer.
