The Q&A Archives: Flowers

Question: Can you explain the difference between Annuals, Perennials, and biannuals?

Answer: Annual flowers grow for one season during which they bloom, set seed and then die. Biennials grow for a season, live over a winter and then bloom, set seed and die that second summer. Perennials live three years or more.
