Transplanting - Knowledgebase Question

I have several tiger lillies that need tobe moved in my yard tomake room for a wooden gym set for our daughter. When is the best time to transplant these bulbs? When then is growth? How much growth?

Tiger lilies are bulbs and are best moved when they are not actively growing. Very early spring or late fall would be the best times. Dig them up carefully taking as much of a rootball as possible and replant immediately at the same depth as they grew before. Water well to settle any air pockets and water as needed until they become reestablished.
