Question: I live in Southwestern Pennsylvania. I have some bare root rose bushes I need to plant. When would be a safe time to plant them. Also, how should I care for them before it is time to plant them?

Answer: The dormant bare root roses should be planted immediately so that they can wake up naturally with the season. You should follow the supplier's instructions.
