This last month I bought 8 (eight) 5 gallon Monrovia Rhapiolepis Springtime(Indica Hawthorn)shrubs from Woolworth's Garden Center, and I have planted them in full sun. However, they have all developed red leaves with black spots.

I bought sulpher fungicide and sprayed the said shrubs, but the leaves are still falling.

Please advise me ASAP.

Thanks!

Cold, wet weather than lead to fungal infection which shows up as spots on the leaves. Control by destroying infected leaves and spraying with a fungicide. Try to avoid overhead watering. As the weather warms and dries, the fungus should stop its attack.
