ONE OF MY BLACK PINES NEEDLES ARE BROWNING FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE NEEDLE TOWARDS THE INSIDE TOWARDS THE BRANCH. THE INSIDES ARE GREEN WITH A FAINTER GREEN COLOR THAN THE OTHERS. what should i do to correct this problem

Unfortunately, based on your description I am unable to make a diagnosis of the problem, there are many potential problems with pines in general, caused by both disease and pest and cultural problems. I would suggest you take a sample and possibly a photo or two to your county extension for a specific identification of the problem and suggestions of what to do next. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
