Dear Garden Expert
My Dog occasionally does his business in my vegtable garden, will it contaminate the soil, or hurt the plants if I don't remove it immediately ?

It may burn the plants if not removed immediately. In general, it is never a good idea to use fresh manure or feces from any animal around vegetable plants and especially not around any that are eaten raw. Feces from meat eating animals should not be composted, either. I would strongly suggest that you fence the dog out of the vegetable garden.
