Do you have to plant two navel orange trees for cross polination in order for the trees to bear fruit?

Some hybrid orange varieties developed in recent years have had problems with self-fertilization. There is a table of compatible citrus varieties available at the link below. If you do not have one of these hybrid varieties, your tree should not require a "buddy" in order to set fruit. Enjoy!
