My 3 yr old Plumeria has a white dust-like growth on its leaves (not the underside). It's been a healthy plant - growing 15 leaves last year, and keeping 3 through the winter. I have it isolated, and tried wiping it off, but it grew back. It gets good water, food, and light. Should I spray it with something? Thanks

Based on your description, it could be a case of powdery mildew which would be treated with a fungicide according to the label instructions. You would also want to increase air circulation to make conditions less hospitable to it.
