The Q&A Archives: Growing Lavendar From Seed

Question: On your lavendar seed packets it says you must chill the seed before sowing. Has this been done by the time I purchase it or do I need to chill the seed myself?

Answer: You would need to chill it in the refrigerator for four to six weeks, and plant on the soil surface (do not cover the seeds with soil) for best results.
