What are some edible flowers I can grow in my own back yard?

Here's a list of edible flowers. Be sure not to spray them with pesticides, and do a small taste-test before eating a lot of them to make sure you aren't allergic...and that you like the flavor: nasturiums, pansies, johnny jump ups, squash blossoms, herb flowers, borage flowers, and scented geraniums (not the big red Martha Washingtons, but the ones with scented foliage such as Pelargonium tomentosum (peppermint) or P. crispum (citrus). Enjoy!
