I just found some bulbs that we received 7 months ago (last Fall) but did not plant. They felt papery and thin, not robust and solid like they used to be. Some had started to root. If I plant these now (Spring) or in the Fall, will they come up, or are these goners? Thanks.

Since they seem soft, they are probably not good any more. However, since the alternative is to throw them away you might plant the best looking ones and see what happens.
