I recently obtained an aloe vera plant and it came without instructions. Do you have any information on caring for an aloe vera plant, such as amount of light required, temperature, soil moistness, etc...

Aloe vera is an easy-care plant. They like bright light or sunshine (but don't let the tissue burn). Because they are a succulent they take regular water, but let the soil dry out between waterings. They don't like wet roots. In winter, when they are dormant, you can water about once a month. Be sure to water slowly and deeply to moisten the entire root system. They prefer well-drained soil, not overly rich in organic matter. Good luck with your aloe!
