IF I PLANT THE EASTER FLOWERS NOW (TULIPS , DAFFODILS) WILL THEY COME UP NEXT YEAR?

With luck, yes they will. Plant them at the same depth or a little deeper than they are in their pots and water them well to settle air pockets. Allow the foliage to grow and then wither naturally to rebuild the bulbs. Forcing is stressful on the bulbs so they may take a year to settle in and bloom. Sometimes, too, they use certain varieties for forcing that do not do all that well in the garden, but it is certainly worth a try.
