I wanted to transplant my viburnam but now I see it's starting to flower. Is it too late to move it?

It's best to wait until flowering is finished or you'll interrupt the blooming period. Transplanting can be stressful on plants and it's concentrating on producing flowers now. After the flowers begin to fade you can move it without a problem. Be sure to keep it well watered after its move, to help ease the transition.
