Itea is an evergreen shrub, usually graceful, open and arching, growing from 6'-10' in height. The leaves are spiny toothed and 4" long. In the fall it produces lightly fragrant greenish-white or pinkish flowers in drooping clusters to 1' long. Itea grows best in rich, moist soil with some afternoon shade. It makes a good informal screen. Hope this helps!
