How often should I fertilize my young apple trees with Urea
and with what amount

Fertilization depends on the soil fertility. You need to know about your soil in order to fertilize appropriately since too much fertilizer is no better than too little. You would need to run some basic soil tests and then fertilize based on the test results. Your county extension should be able to help you with the tests and interpreting the results in terms of the trees you are growing and the type(s) of fertilizers you could use.
