I would like to know if the variegate euonymus is an acid loving shrub? I would like to know what type of fertilizer to use.. as I have just planted 20 of them.

Euonymous is not too fussy about soil pH and does well in a variety of soil types. Ideally you would run some basic soil tests to determine the fertility levels in your soil and fertilize based on the results. Your county extension should be able to help you with the tests and interpreting the results. Alternatively, you could use a general all purpose complete fertilizer (such as a granular 10-10-10 applied in spring according to the label instructions) and/or compost.
