I got some cliplings from my brother in law in Buffalo. How do I go about in rooting these clippings? Thank you for you help. Joy

I have about a 70 percent success rate by simply sticking grapevine cuttings in soil and keeping the soil moist but not soggy wet. Make sure two sets of bud scars (places on the vine where leaves once grew) are buried in the soil, and that you're planting them right side up. Grape cuttings generally root without any problem.
