I planted a wisteria last fall which is now starting to bloom. I was wondering if I can move it to a sunnier and more appropriate location without damaging it?

You may be able to do that since it has only been in place since last fall. Water it well the day before, then dig it up with as much of the root ball as possible. Replant immediately at the same depth as it grew before, water well to settle the soil. Water as needed to keep the soil moist but not soggy and treat it as you would any new plant. Good luck with the move!
