The Q&A Archives: Distance Between Transplanted Peppers

Question: I have very little space in my garden so I need to use it wisely. How far apart MUST I plant my hot peppers when I transplant them from their starter strips?

Answer: Most peppers are planted about 18 inches apart as a minimum but this really depends on their mature size, which can vary between specific varieties.
