I need advice on how to repot and care for my growing lemon grass plant.

It sounds like you're growing lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus), which is great for cooking. I believe some catalogs call it mosquito plant, since it smells like citronella, a common mosquito repellent. It is easy to grow - it just needs full sun andregular watering. It sounds like you're doing a great job! You can divide the plant and pot the divisions to make more. Water the lemon grass well and remove it from the pot. Gently separate it into sections and repot them. They'd make great holiday gifts!
