If I grow vegetables in a raised bed lined with pressure treated wood is the food good to eat. I'm
worried about the chemicals leaking in.

There continues to be debate on this issue. If you are concerned about it, you could use a different material to from the raised bed. Ordinary lumber will last for several years, redwood or cypress last for years, stones, bricks, and plain dirt sides for a lower bed will all work.
