Is it okay to use pressure treated wood to line your vegetable garden? I heard that wood is pressure treated with arsenic?

The A in CCA stands for arsenic, yes. There is an ongoing debate about the safety of using this wood in vegetable gardens. If you are concerned about it, I would suggest using an alternative material such as regular lumber, cedar or redwood, stones, cinder blocks, the plastic lumber, or even using bare sides without a frame if the beds are only a few inches high.
