I purchased some Perennial Delphinium "Blue Mirror" seeds by Burpee at Wal-Mart. I have looked over your site but I can not find them listed here. Are these just like any other Delphiniums and the care the same or are these something special? The package does show these do not need to be staked.

Thank you in advance for your timely response.

Sorry this isn't more timely. 'Blue Mirror' grow just 16 to 24 inches tall, but you may still need to use a plant support for best display if you plant them in partial shade, which they might prefer in the warmer parts of Tennessee. If you can grow standard delphiniums well in full sun where you live, then go ahead and plant them in sun...but generally, they do better in cooler regions and microclimates. They can bloom the first year from seed. Care for them as you would any delphinium -- plant in rich soil that drains well, and keep soil evenly moist. Enjoy!
