The Q&A Archives: Topped Off Vegtables By Deer

Question: Deer have eaten the tops off of my broccolli and cauliflower plants, they were about a foot tall. Will they still produce vegetables?

Answer: If the deer ate the entire head or flower, then that is that. If on the other hand some side shoots are left on the head, then you may still have some smaller "gourmet" sized florets to harvest. I'm sorry about your deer problem.
