Rather than insect eggs, it is possible you are seeing a fungus, the spore phase of mildew, on the underside of the foliage along with resulting browning. Trim away and dispose of infected leaves, avoid wetting the foliage especially in the evening and, if possible, increase air circulation by thinning the spinach.
