What Do I Do With Arugula When It Starts To Flower - Knowledgebase Question

I know that the Arugula is bitter and I can use the Flowers in salads as a garnish, but after that, what? Should I then dig it up? What is the next step?

Once it has flowered (gone to seed) it is no longer considered edible and would be pulled for the compost pile or plowed under.
