I have bulbs that I need to move. How and when is the best time to do so? |
You can move bulbs in the spring before, during or after they bloom as long as they are well watered the day before, you dig each bulb with all of its roots and a nice ball of soil, you replant immediately at the same depth it grew before, and you water well to settle the soil and eliminate air pockets. With luck, they will not know they have been moved. |
