| Either way will suit your vinca just fine. Young plants won't mind a shower. Established plants create a cushion of vines and a strong stream of water from a hose can mash it down a bit, so keep that in mind when watering older groundcover. I have a lot of vinca and use a wand type shower sprayer. It gets the dust off the leaves and then the water penetrates down into the soil. Hope this information helps! |
