My lawn has vine-like weeds with little blue flowers. It is continuing to take over my lawn. I thought it was "Creeping Charlie", but was told it is "Creeping Speedwell". What is the difference and what can I do to get rid of it. Someone suggested 4oz of Endothal to 12 1/2 gallons of water. Is this true? If so, will this kill the grass?

I would suggest you contact your county extension (704-2080) for an exact indentification of the weed and their recommendations on how to control it in the lawn. They may also be able to give you lawn care recommendations specific to your area and your soil so that you can provide the optimum care for your lawn and thereby help reduce the opportunity for weeds to take hold in it in the first place. Good luck with your lawn!
