I am just starting my flower garden this year and have decided on a color scheme: shades of purple, white and lime green. Someone told me that Burpee has seeds for a green marigold. I have not been able to find it at the nurseries in my area. Does such a thing actually exist?

I'm not aware of green flowering marigolds, but there are green flowering zinnias. Perhaps this is what you're looking for. They're called 'Envy' and are available from Burpee. You can order online at www.burpee.com, or place an order by phone (800) 888-1447. Your color scheme sounds terrific - enjoy!
