Please list effective rabbit deterrents in a perennial flower garden.

Rabbits can be very destructive. Apart from trapping and removing them, some gardeners have reported success using dried blood meal, predator urines, commercial repellents and home-made repellents based on garlic and/or red pepper. Some also claim a pet dog or cat on patrol to be effective. A fence is another alternative.
