Sunflower Tops Bitten Off - Knowledgebase Question

Just as my seedlings popped up a rabbit ate the top of it.Will I still get the main sunflower at the top?

You might get two smaller heads, or no head at all, depending on the variety you are growing. It is still early enough to replant and that is what I would suggest. You might try protecting the seedlings from the rabbits with a bit of fencing, or try using dried blood in the area as a deterrent or perhaps use a commercial or homemade repellent based on garlic and/or red pepper.
