tomatoe plant leaves are pale & have white spots on them. what should i do?

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Hopefully by now your tomato plants have bounced back from their setback. The symptoms you describe could be the result of a number of things, including sunburn (if the plants weren't gradually exposed to sunlight after growing indoors for a time), cold soil, nutrient deficiency, or the like. Without seeing the plant or at least knowing a bit more about the growing conditions, I'm afraid I can't be more specific.
