Is now the time to plant rhubarb or garlic in CA?

November 17, 1997
Garlic should be planted any time in November and December in your area. Plant cloves 1-2 inches deep, 2-3 inches apart.
Rhubarb should be set out in November, too. Rhubarb likes deep, rich soil that is well-drained.
