Boy, that's a difficult question! What will bloom during that period will depend upon the summer weather. Late-summer to early-fall blooming plants with purple flowers include Ceratostigma (leadwort), Linum perenne (perennial flax), Gentiana asclepiadea (willow gentian), Campanula glomerata (Danesblood Bellflower), Platycodon grandiflorus (balloon flower), Iris ensata 'Azure' (Japanese iris), Tricyris hirta (toad lily), Aster frikartii, Aconitum napellus (monkshood), Salvia farinacea 'Catima' (mealy-cup sage), and Salvia pratensis (meadow clary). None, I'm afraid, have glossy green leaves.
