when is the best time to water your flowers and plants, early morning or t dust?????

Watering in the evening creates extra humidity during the night and this may encourage certain pests such as slugs as well as make conditions more favorable for fungal infection such as mildew. Watering in the morning, early, would be preferred if you have problems as described above or wish to minimize the chance of them developing.
