| I have a Sun Burst Locust planted last spring Did fine all last year. This year how ever. there are no buds or leaves on top of tree. There are leaves coming out the buttom of tree on trunk. Does this mean that the tree is dying, and should I dig it out. Thank you |
| Based on your description it does sound like there is a serious problem. I would suggest you consult with the nursery where you purchased the tree and/or your county extension as to the prognosis for it. |
