My landscaper recently applied sour mulch to our newly landscaped perennial bed and other garden beds with trees and evergreens. Is it best at this point to still remove mulch or leave on as damage has already been done to plants and Shrubs? (It has been on for approximately one week)

Unfortunately, the damage usually occurs early when the gases are escaping from the mulch as it is being spread and immedaitely after. Once it has aired out, it is no longer a problem so there is no point in removing it now.
