Is there another way to propagate a silver lace vine other than by stem cuttings, such as seeds?

My references list softwood or semi-ripe cuttings from late spring to late summer; hardwood cuttings in winter, or root cuttings in winter. Seeds were not listed. However, a plant source database search came up with the following possibilities for seeds for Polygonus aubertii. You will need to check with them directly for availability.

Fragrant Path ($2.00) P.O. Box 328 Fort Calhoun, NE USA 68023 (no website listed, but there may be one)
